Executive Chef

Chef Paul Silk, European-trained with 40+ years of culinary mastery, delights with unique dishes and homemade recipes. As a former executive chef on Parliament Hill, he crafted culinary excellence for former Prime Ministers and served dishes to Mr. Obama.
