Beverage packages

Our beverage packages are a key part of the Bean Town experience. They help keep service smooth and ensure your guests are well taken care of throughout the celebration.

We know that not everyone drinks alcohol, and that’s okay—our packages include something for everyone. Non-drinkers can enjoy a full range of options like mocktails, slushies, non-alcoholic beers, and non-alcoholic wines and sparkling wines. These aren’t just afterthoughts—they’re part of the full guest experience.

Selecting a bar package is required and will be part of your contract and payment plan. The minimum bar spend is the minimum amount each couple must spend and does not include drinks purchased directly by guests (for example, cash bar sales).

  • Saturday weddings: Minimum bar spend is $2,500, and you must choose one of the following packages: Sugar Maple, Black Maple, or Golden Maple.
  • All other days: Minimum bar spend is $1,500, with The Classic as the minimum package.

A Special Toast

Kick off your celebration with a toast as your guests enter the cocktail hour or during speeches in the main hall. Your choice of Pelee Island Secco VQA or Peller Reserve Rosé Bubbles VQA.

A variety of bubbly and champagne are also available in our cellar (sold by case, prices may vary).

A touch of fun!

Shooters are not included in our drinking packages. Add an open bar on shooters to any drink packages for the duration of your package, based on the total number of adults. Please note that this package can’t be on its own. It must be combined with an open bar package.

  • No minimum needed $17.00 per adult

Sugar Maple and a kindly gesture

This is an add-on to your existing Sugar Maple (4 hours open bar package).

Offer unlimited soft drinks, juices and slush all day (9 hours max) to all your guests.

Beau’s All-Natural Lug Tread

Available year-round, Lug-Tread Lagered Ale is their award winning, flagship beer. It is hand-crafted with spring water and certified organic malts & hops. They brew this tasty golden ale and then lager it to create a beer like nothing else in Ontario.
